What is PILATES?
Pilates is a method of exercise created by Joseph Pilates many decades ago that trains the deepest muscles of the spine and pelvis, along with the entire body. Exercises are performed on a mat and on the various pieces of apparatus invented by Joseph Pilates himself to guide the body to better alignment and condition.
