As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and someone who personally healed herself of several years of chronic pain naturally through the methods she teaches, Lisa offers health coaching sessions for clients looking to improve chronic pain levels, health conditions and reach fitness and wellness goals. Her approach works with the natural laws of the human body as an energy system. Lisa believes that our overall health and vitality is largely created by how we choose to feed the body’s energy with our food choices, burn our body’s energy with enough and proper movement, and most importantly the type of energy we focus into the body via the nervous system through modern living habits and our dominant patterns of thought and emotion.

What is a coaching session like?

Each session is 60 to 75 minutes and is a collaborative, insightful and illuminating discussion between the client and Lisa about their present habits of diet, exercise, and state of nervous system stress and/or balance. Lisa provides the “expertise” to teach the client what they may not know about what they can do to naturally improve their health, fitness, and levels of chronic pain by some new choices in these areas of life. However, the client is the “expert” in their own life! So, Lisa and the client collaboratively craft an approach to change that the client can personally get excited about, envisioning the new changes in their body and health that they will achieve as they implement the new choices that are perfect for them.
